Yes, customized measurements may be requested for selected pieces after the details have been reviewed and approved in writing with Client Care before ordering. A piece made to approved customized measurements is not eligible for a standard size exchange; your rights remain protected if it is defective, damaged, different from the order, or made contrary to the approved measurements.

VEORA pieces combine defined silhouettes, considered structure and selected finishing details for an elegant, versatile wardrobe. Fabrics and construction details vary by design and are shown on each product page.

Yes. Production and preparation of each VEORA piece begins after the order is confirmed. You may select one of the standard sizes available in the store, while customized measurements may be requested for selected pieces after review and approval with Client Care before ordering.

The usual timeframe from order confirmation through delivery is 2–6 business days. This includes production and preparation of the piece, handover to the shipping provider, and delivery to the client. If an exceptional circumstance may affect this timeframe, VEORA will contact you with an order update.

You can complete your order using Mada or Visa. Flexible payment options through Tabby and Tamara are also available subject to each provider’s eligibility requirements; the options available to you are shown at checkout.

Cash on delivery is not currently available.

Because production begins after confirmation, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review the order status and advise whether a change is still possible.

VEORA currently delivers within Saudi Arabia, with complimentary shipping. International shipping is not currently available.

Once the order is handed to the shipping provider, tracking information is sent using the contact details provided with the order.

A standard size exchange may be requested within 3 business days of delivery, once per piece, provided it is unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging. Exchanges are subject to size availability. The client covers shipping when the selected standard size is unsuitable; VEORA covers it when the error is ours.

Please contact Client Care promptly with the details. We will review the case and provide the appropriate resolution under the policy, including where a piece was made contrary to approved customized measurements.

Professional dry cleaning and following the care instructions supplied with the piece are recommended to preserve its fabric, structure and details.
