Production, Preparation & Delivery

The usual timeframe from order confirmation through delivery is 2–6 business days. This includes production and preparation of the piece, handover to the shipping provider, and delivery to the client.

If an exceptional circumstance may affect this timeframe, the VEORA team will contact the client with an update on the order.

Complimentary Shipping

Complimentary shipping is included on all orders within Saudi Arabia.

No additional shipping fees will be charged unless otherwise stated.

Order Tracking

When applicable, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS once the order has been handed to the shipping provider.
