Size Exchanges استبدال المقاس

Size exchanges may be requested within 3 business days of delivery, subject to availability and provided that the item remains in its original condition. يمكن طلب استبدال المقاس خلال 3 أيام عمل من تاريخ الاستلام، وذلك حسب توفر المخزون وبشرط أن يبقى المنتج بحالته الأصلية.

If the exchange is due to selecting an unsuitable size, the customer is responsible for the shipping fees related to the exchange. في حال كان الاستبدال بسبب اختيار مقاس غير مناسب من قبل العميلة، تتحمل العميلة رسوم الشحن الخاصة بعملية الاستبدال.

Refund Process استرداد المبالغ المالية
