Production & Delivery الصناعة والتوصيل

The usual timeframe from order confirmation through delivery is 2–6 business days. This includes production and preparation of the piece, handover to the shipping provider, and delivery to the client. If an exceptional circumstance may affect this timeframe, VEORA will contact the client with an order update. تستغرق المدة المعتادة من تأكيد الطلب وحتى التوصيل من 2 إلى 6 أيام عمل. وتشمل صناعة وتجهيز القطعة وتسليمها لشركة الشحن ووصولها إلى العميلة. وفي حال وجود ظرف استثنائي قد يؤثر على هذه المدة، يتواصل فريق VEORA مع العميلة لإطلاعها على حالة الطلب.

Complimentary Shipping الشحن المجاني

Complimentary shipping is included on all orders within Saudi Arabia. يشمل جميع الطلبات داخل المملكة العربية السعودية شحناً مجانياً.

No additional shipping fees will be charged unless otherwise stated. لن يتم فرض أي رسوم شحن إضافية ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك بشكل واضح.

Order Tracking تتبع الطلب

When applicable, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS once your order has been dispatched. عند توفر خدمة التتبع، سيتم إرسال معلومات التتبع عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو الرسائل النصية بعد شحن الطلب.
